Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was small but fully equipped with everything we needed. It featured a modern yet somewhat traditional Korean design with red and blue shades. The staff were helpful and kind, always willing to assist with booking taxis when necessary. The location was handy, although a bit off the Commercial area. The dining options were limited and not up to standard considering the higher prices. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers an amazing view of the Han River from the rooms, which are comfortable for one person but might feel tight for two guests. I had to switch to another room after an issue was resolved. The service was exceptional, with assistance in booking activities and providing everyday essentials. The location was very convenient with shops and restaurants around, though a bit far from some attractions. The dining options varied from bland to excellent, and the facilities met my needs adequately.
The hotel's rooms were fairly small but functional and very clean, exactly as advertised. The service was super friendly and kind, willing to assist with various amenities. The location, although not the best, was decent. The dining offered good coffee selections, though slightly expensive. The facilities were well-equipped, providing a pleasant stay overall.
I was moved to a different room after 2 hours of frustration on level 9, but the rooms were good enough, although a bit small. The presence of 3 universal adapters on the power outlets was a nice touch. The service, directly to the staff, was remarkable as they went above and beyond to resolve issues despite not being obligated to do so. The location, although not ideal for walking too much, is excellent for those wanting to explore the south part of Seoul. The dining experience was lacking variety over a three-day stay, but it was understandable given the budget constraints. Overall, a decent stay with minor downsides.
The hotel's rooms are large, clean, and exactly as advertised, though it can get very humid sometimes. The service is exceptional, with helpful and accommodating staff. The location offers convenience with nearby cafes and shopping areas, although it can be a bit hectic due to the busy expressway entrance. The dining experience is good with delicious dishes, but some items can be pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service in a bustling location.
